We have spent the most relaxing week in this beautiful part of the world. We have visited the Lakes many times, but only travelled past this area,so it was a joy to explore..And what a cosy cottage to come home to each day. A really well-laid out home and very well-equipped. I enjoyed using the kitchen as I'm a bit of a Jamie Oliver and the games room just topped off the holiday.

What a lovely feeling to walk in the door of this haven, unpack and then head down to The Pheasant for, as always, the warmest welcome. The Hayloft is a very special place for us!

We'd happily live here! The Hayloft was perfect for our family reunion and worked ideally for a family member with limited mobility...we don't want to leave!
