The garden room has a slate roof and year-round central heating, glass walls and cane furniture. It overlooks the garden with lion’s head fountain and pergola features, borders and lawn. A stone-built stable contains a fun games room with table tennis and darts and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and useful stone trough.
